What is the Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique is a thought process which helps to break poor habits of movement which restrict the way you function. You learn to stop your existing poor behaviour patterns thereby allowing the body space to move well.

The Technique can help a wide range of health issues including arthritis, migraines, balance, RSI, Parkinson’s disease, neck, back and knee problems. It can also help with the way you learn sport, music or drama.
